Indiscipline – A Manipulation of the Elite

We have been taken for fools by a worldview of the “victim,” of fake sympathy, which has excused lawlessness and allowed the elite to take the caboodle. Our societies have systematically and progressively removed discipline from the whole fabric, with no consequences for doing wrong, and today this is reverting.

“All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.” (Hebrews 12:11) Returning discipline to our societies won't seem nice and many will protest it, but it must be done.

In the late 1980’s I was shocked to see the indiscipline allowed in school classrooms. Children running over desks, disobedience, no respect, impossible learning environment, teachers hamstrung, unable to address the situation. No consequences to the children. Instead, they were diagnosed with a disability and given drugs. This coincided with the collapse of education and of discipline in diet. Children were fed sugar and processed foods, with massive consequences for national health and budgets. “Big food” and “big pharma” industries replaced discipline.

We also began to see growing indiscipline in the corporate world. National financial borders dropped, nations were stripped of industries. Coal and other miners were thrown out of work, family farms foreclosed, pensions gambled away by relaxed stock markets rules, bank failures impoverishing the middleclass, run-away house pricing, revolving doors and lobbyist funds between the corporate sector and politicians, growth in monopolies. No accountability, only bonuses. No consequences for politicians who sold out their nation. No discipline, as the top 0.1% took over most of the world’s wealth.

Indiscipline in the political world. Promises made and not kept. Lies told and excuses made. Wars encouraged around the world, based on propaganda proven later to be false. No consequences. Terrorism sponsored by elite global money laundering, no genuine enquiries/ commissions allowed into the origin of terrorist organisations, elite drug and human/ sex trafficking organisations. No correction coming from the political class. Attempts by the political world to censor the public, keeping them from information and debate.

No discipline in the media. Standards of media partiality and financial connections were relaxed. No consequences for lying to the public and for misrepresenting the truth.

No discipline in the judiciary. Courts used to go after political enemies, while real crimes go unpunished. Law used to put down public dissent. Hate crime laws made to control speech. Now we have “pre-crime” and the crime of offending, while real crimes are ignored. Crime is not about religious or ethnic identity. Nor is crime name-calling, but it is doing real harm: “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.” Society is emasculating all, except the real criminals.

No discipline of terrorists. Terrorism is allowed to go on for decades. A past president of Nigeria once said, “If terrorism goes on for more than a month, then the government is involved.” In Nigeria terrorism has continued without reprieve for 14 years: multiple governments are involved. In America for the past five years there has been open violent revolt against public law enforcement on the streets, with state or federal governments involved, along with corporate sector sponsors. The government’s job is to put these violent revolts down.

This only just skims the surface of the indiscipline that has been encouraged in all sectors of our society. It’s in family also. People are told they can marry whoever they want, for however long they want, be whatever gender they want and kill any baby in the womb they want, even at birth. No discipline in the self or in the family. No self- discipline to live for the welfare of others and build your nation’s future.

No national responsibility. We are told that because of the nation’s past guilt we are to destroy the nation. The nation’s past guilt is the only guilt allowed to be acknowledged. All other crimes and indiscipline go free. But our nation’s past guilt is largely the guilt of the elite, who are still robbing the world today with their draconianism.

All these crimes have the net effect of abuse of the vulnerable and masses in all societies. It’s a lie that there are favoured minorities that are being protected. No vulnerable are cared for. The poor get poorer, and the rich get richer. If we care for Africa, we stop the neo-colonials controlling it. If we care for western populations, we stop neo-colonialism disempowering the west as well. Indiscipline and lawlessness mean the weak go without protection.

This is why government is called to be strong, to bring consequences for real crime. For a start, we can stop our governments creating chaos in the world, so immigrants will go home. This worked for Ghana. When Ghana prospered, all Ghanaian immigrants left Nigeria. Paul said the government’s call is to punish the wicked and reward the good. (Romans 13) This is what our governments must return to. Any propaganda that says otherwise promotes evil.

We need to return to discipline, in our lives, families and societies. There must be consequences for real evil, and we must bring up our children to know this about the world we live in. We ask, “Why doesn’t God judge evil?’ He will. But in our generation, we are called to do it. God gave us this responsibility.

This is not discipline like imperial strength, not an oppression from above, but a discipline of the establishment by the people of faith, not in violence, but lawfully and for the purposes of care for all. It is government of and by and for the people, which is the true meaning of "commonwealth." It begins with self-discipline in individual lifestyles and families and care for our communities and enemies.

We are seeing a move back to discipline in the world today and it is high time. Thank God for his grace in restoring us and our nations.
