Some committee members of CFM's Avant Garde for Peaceful Living paid a visit to the Plateau State Peacebuilding Agency (PPBA). They were welcomed and received by the Director General (D.G), Mr. Joseph Lengmang, the Director of Programmes, Mr. Godwin Okoko alongside other team members.
The D.G expressed his sincere gratitude to Avant Garde for finding him worthy of the visit, thanked the committee for working together and demonstrating unity over the years. He said the Peacebuilding Agency, though still a young organization is a maxim and a home for everyone. The PPBA was setup to be the number one non-partisan agency that works with all stakeholders across the state, and also ensures the harmonious coexistence of all.
In his words, he said Avant Garde and the PPBA are "partners" as the visions and goals of both groups align with each other. Hence, he said there should be a liaison and collaborative partnership between the PPBA and Avant Garde for Peaceful Living.
He was very happy and assured the committee of their highest cooperation and contributions to deepening peace on the Plateau.
