Rays Of Hope

It is indeed good to share in the blessings of Christian Faith Ministries. The ministry is not out for profit making but for soul winning. This can be seen from the diverse sections of the ministry; from the hospital, Mara's House, the Crisis Home, the Bible College, the Computer Centers, the Emunah Schools and the Vocational Institute. The ministry has brought back hope to so many who had lost it. This is true and Mercy is one amongst thousands who has encountered Christian Faith Ministries as Christ's mercy.

Buba Mishel Mercy is a young lady from Maiduguri, Borno State, whose parents are dead. Everything from the point of her parent’s demise became a nightmare for her, as no one was willing to help her or her siblings. All hope seemed lost, as Mercy was forced by an aunt, who was the only one who decided to help her, on the terms of her joining another faith. With so many pressures coming, she resorted to standing firm in her decisions come what may.

She soon met with a pastor that told her about Christian Faith Ministries. It was then that she saw rays of hope when she met with people from the Christian Faith Ministries.

“Coming to the ministry has been her best life decision,” she said, as she found a home and a family in the ministry. She was accepted and taken into the crisis home, enrolled back into Junior Secondary School 3, where she previously stopped schooling due to financial constraints. Mercy is now a proud graduate of Christian Faith High School and presently a student with the Kent Computer Training Center and the hairdressing vocation simultaneously.

Mercy is very grateful to God for coming to her aid through the ministry, and grateful to her caregivers and teachers for their tireless efforts in ensuring that she gets good training. She also believes that the Lord has much more for her life, now that she has found His love.  She explained that no number of words could describe her appreciation for all that the ministry has done for her in all aspects of her life academically, vocationally, mentally, and spiritually, and she wishes for greater heights in all that the ministry is doing.

As little as our help may be, it indeed goes a long way in the lives of other people. You can be part of this help, by supporting that which God is doing through the ministry, bringing hope to those who have lost it due to situations beyond their control.
